There are still some general rules for each rarity, and the following does not apply to Limited Time Modes.
Only Mythic and Exotic have established rules, and there is no strict ruleset for what defines a Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, or Legendary item. Unique Items based upon existing weaponry, modified to have a special attribute. Standard weapons can appear in this rarity too, serving as an upgrade to their Legendary counterparts. Powerful rarity associated with Boss drops and unique or collaboration items. Most Powerful Rarity, Lowest Spawn Chance. More powerful than Rare, weaker than Legendary. More powerful than Uncommon, weaker than Epic. More powerful than Common, weaker than Rare. Rarity roughly coincides with the item's availability. Battle Royale has Seven rarities, two of which are unique and often contain more unique or special items.
